I now have the ability to take credit/debit card payments on-site for any rides or merchandise you wish to purchase. In addition, you can now purchase an in-cockpit or on-wing video of your flight. Just let us know of your desire to video the flight prior to arrival and we can get the equipment installed.
I'll be taking reservations for the upcoming 2011 season within the next few weeks, so please drop me an email if you are interested in flying this year.
I'm also looking into being able to accept credit card payments online, and hopefully at the point of sale during the day of the flight.
Look for some new merchandise to be added this year, as well as some more exciting video options to take your memories home with you after the flight.
Blue Skies & Tailwinds!
I just returned from a 7 day adventure to Antique Airfield in Blakesburg, IA for the annual Antique Airplane Association fly-in.
N5000V and I flew over 1900 statute miles, spent 20 hours in the cockpit, burned 427 gallons of 100LL and upon our return were notified we won the Sweepstakes Grand Champion Warbird trophy.
High FlightOh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earthAnd danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung My eager craft through footless halls of air. Up, up the long delirious, burning blue, I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace Where never lark, or even eagle flew - And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod The high untresspassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand and touched the face of God.
